Curriculum

St Ann’s school ICSE, Akshayanagar, Begur offers nationally established ICSE (The Indian Certificate of secondary Education) curriculum.

The school curriculum features the interactive learning system for effective implementation of continuous and comprehensive learning experience. The prime focus of the curriculum is high quality education, with quality learning.

The pre-primary school

At St Ann’s ICSE School, pre-primary learning methodology is planned keeping in mind that the first six years in a child’s life is critical since the rate of development in these years is more rapid than any other stages of development. In addition to development of intelligence, personality and social behavior, the children are assisted to gain confidence and assert themselves.

We understand the language of kids and base our subjects towards easy tutoring. The thematic teaching and play way methods are aimed at customized education towards each child capability.

The Primary & Secondary School

The primary & secondary sections comprises of classes Grade I to X. The school timing for the primary & secondary section is from 8.30 to 3.40. The school follows a 6 day week schedule.

The school provides a balanced educational programme within a safe and stimulating environment so that each child embarks on physical, intellectual, emotional and social journey of curiosity and reasoning. The main aim of the school is to provide a platform to focus on holistic development of each and every child.
